Owned by leading hurdles specialist, Barnes Stable and trained by top-ranked trainer, Tfk782, Matter Of Time rates a confident selection to take the sprint crown.
Now a winner of her last twelve consecutive races, from just thirteen public career starts, the Coolmore Stream filly had too many guns for a large field of mostly decent types when coming out on top in her qualifying heat, just over a week ago. That race took place on rain-softened ground which was far from ideal for the sprinting star. Matter Of Time is easily at her best on a fast surface and with the weather forecast suggesting the ground will be good for Monday afternoon, she can demonstrate that she has even more in the locker than she has shown so far.
There is a possibility that Matter Of Time could start at skinny odds and will almost certainly start favourite but providing she puts in a clear round of jumping, Matter Of Time will prove very, very hard to beat.
