Sensa Typhoon, hailing from the relatively new yard, Sensacom_Stables, stormed to victory in last night’s second round of sprint qualifiers for the Hedge Hunters’ Hurdles Championship at Newturf yesterday evening. The Iromango Ts colt produced a whirlwind performance to leave his nine rivals toiling in his wake.

The first round of classic qualifiers for the Hedge Hunters’ Hurdles Championship took place at Newturf yesterday evening and this time the home team were saved their blushes, thanks to a commanding performance by Thompson Stud’s leading yearling, Devious.

Last night at Newturf, Buzz’s favourite virtual racetrack, saw the opening round of the inaugural Hedge Hunters’ Hurdles Championships take place. The competition, which is entirely self-funded and carries significant sponsorship, has been made possible by contributions from members of the team whose name the event bears.
